How to Transition from being a Trial Student to an Ongoing Student with Nightingale Studios
Outstanding! You’ve booked and completed your Initial Consultation, but now what?? The process to move ahead with lessons is a straightforward one, so let’s go through it…
After your Initial Consultation, you hopefully have an idea of what to expect in your lessons and our suggested path forward. You’ve decided that you would really like to proceed with lessons and are now ready to take the next steps.
During your Consultation, we would have suggested a lesson length that would be appropriate for your needs and goals. You’re welcome to take that and run with it, or do something different – this was just a suggestion. The next step is to go to the Nightingale Studios website (www.nightingalestudios.com.au), click Book Now, and, using the Student Portal widget, find a day and time that suits you to book in your first official lesson.
Once you’ve made this booking, you will be sent some information about Nightingale Studios’ policies, payments, and a link to the Student Portal so that you can log in online and access everything you need to know to manage and maintain your singing lessons. This Student Portal will be your go-to hub for all things scheduling, invoicing and payments, and lesson resources.
During that first lesson, we will confirm if you would like that date and time to be your recurring time and set it aside in the calendar at your desired frequency, so you don’t need to book each lesson individually, unless you would like to do ad-hoc lessons because of shift work/changing commitments and availability, etc. We’re very flexible and happy to work with you to find a solution that works for everyone.
That’s all there is to it! So, all you need to do is book that first lesson after your Initial Consultation at your preferred date and time, you’ll be sent some housekeeping information, and we will then begin the singing journey together! Easy as that!
